The Institute of Higher Lernin' feels obligated to provide their student
population with:
A teaching environment tailored to an alcoholic lifestyle,
A faculty which is competent, knowledgeable and at least dressed in
their pajamas,
A delivery system sufficiently complex so as to justify exorbitant
fees while maintaining little to no overhead.
